Christian Schaaf won the lone gold medal of day one of the Landmark Outdoor Championships for the Elizabethtown College men's track and field team. The Blue Jays won three medals total through the first day as Colby Schalek and Zachary Kardos were in the top three for Etown in the javelin. The Jays sit in third place with 37 points heading into Sunday's final day.
