A season after placing third in the Landmark Conference, the league coaches felt 2016-17 is a year the Elizabethtown College men's track and field team is ready to compete for its first-ever Landmark Conference championship. The Blue Jays were voted second in the Landmark's indoor preseason poll released on Thursday. Moravian was once again the favorite and win its ninth team title in ten chances.
